This 2 ingredient dough, also called yoghurt dough, is the easiest dough to prepare because it doesn't need yeast and doesn't need time to rise. It can be used to make flat bread or pizza base.
I use meatballs in packed lunches, in the plate with veg and potatoes, on top of spaghetti and I've even halved then and put them in little buns to make mini burgers.
