INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cup chickpeas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (optional)
METHOD
Put first 5 ingredients in a blender one by one. Add almond milk to reach desired consistency of a dip
Yields 5 servings of about 40g

- Icing on a cake or on muffins
- Spread on bread
- Spread on a wrap or pancake
- As a dip for fruit (sweet) or pretzels (savoury)
- Spread on apples
