
Ingredients
- 5 apples (I use Golden Apples or Gala)
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 2 tablespoons water
 
Method
- Peel apples and chop into cubes
 - Put in pot with a little water
 - Add cinnamon to taste. i found half a teaspoon is enough
 - Cook on low-medium for few minutes until soft
 - Drain liquid
 - Turn into puree with a hand blender.
 - Store in pouches or air tight containers for 1 week in the fridge

- Food for babies in the weaning stage
 - As a topping to crepes or a dip for pancakes
 - As a fruit treat especially in packed lunches - great to be stored in the NomNom Food Pouches
 - To add to meals especially those that include pork or bacon
 - As a spread on toast, scones or croissants
 - As a topping for granola or cereal
 - To mix with yoghurt to make apple yoghurt
 - As an ingredient to sweeten muffins and cupcakes instead of using sugar
