COVID-19 Prevention Policy

For everyones' safety, every delivery will be carried out contactless. Our delivery person will ring your doorbell and leave the package on your doorstep while moving away until we see you pick it up, to verify receipt of goods. Our delivery person will not enter any residential premises for whatever reason, even in the indoor common parts of a building block. To avoid our delivery person from going inside, we do not take items to the lift/elevator. All transactions are carried out electronically and we do not require your signature upon delivery. This eliminates the need for close contact between you and the delivery person. Please maintain a distance of 6 feet or greater if you need to speak to the delivery person. Your items can be checked on delivery, but in any case, the delivery person cannot take back the items with him/her. This to avoid contaminating other packages. Although we highly recommend and encourage online payments we understand that some customers prefer to pay cash and some do not use Paypal and Credit cards, so online purchasing is limited. That is why we accept cash on delivery. Please prepare exact change to avoid handling money back and forth.

Your health is of our great concern and for your own safety our delivery person sanitises his/her hands before and after each delivery. 

CLIENTS WHO HAD MADE AN ORDER, AND IN THE MEANTIME HAD TO GO IN QUARANTINE, OR HAVE TESTED COVID-19 POSITIVE, SHOULD INFORM US. SHOULD YOU WISH WE WILL DELIVER GOODS TO YOUR DOOR STEP AND CALL YOU TO COLLECT THEM AT THAT TIME. ALTERNATIVELY WE CAN HOLD ON TO  YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU ARE CERTIFIED CLEAR SO WE CAN DELIVER. ALL YOUR INFORMATION EXCHANGED WITH US WILL BE KEPT IN STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY.
